Toward a Public Service Free of Harassment and Violence: Creating the Conditions for Respect and Trust in the Workplace

Respect and trust are the foundation of a healthy workplace. This event will create a space for open dialogue about the individual attitudes, behaviours and actions—as well as the systemic conditions—that support constructive relationships.

Employees and managers are invited to join a conversation with three resource persons to gain their insights and perspectives on this crucial topic. We all have a role to play in maintaining a respectful workplace!
