EXecuTALK: Building Agility and Swift Mobilization Between Headquarters and the Regions

EXecuTALK

The global pandemic has demonstrated strong cohesion and agility between the Government of Canada's headquarters and regions in their response to Canadians facing hardship from coast to coast to coast. This response has been swift and effective, yet we know that the realities in the regions differ in a way that is specific to their province or territory—and in contrast with headquarters.

Join us for this EXecuTALK to learn more about the Government's emergency response during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our guests will explore the key differences between the regions and headquarters, the changing culture and new ways of doing things, and what "service to Canadians" means when operationalizing policies and programs.
