Interest-Based Communication
In today's busy environment, with its increasing demands and distractions, it's easy to lose sight of the fundamentals of communication, negotiation and dealing with conflict. This interactive, introductory workshop invites participants to challenge routine ways of thinking and communicating in order to arrive at better solutions.
During this first session, participants will
- learn how to use assumptions
- practise using an effective model to deal with difficult conversations in a simulated scenario
