Government Services Transformation: British Columbia's Experience

Government Services Transformation: British Columbia's Experience

In 2009, the public service of British Columbia launched Citizens @ The Centre: B.C. Government 2.0, a transformation strategy based on the changing needs and expectations of its citizens, focusing on improving access to services through technology.

During this session, participants will learn how Service BC led a whole-of-government approach to provincial service delivery and how technology and collaboration is creating a more accessible, modern and streamlined service experience.

Participants will leave this session with new insight into advancements made in customer service based on emerging trends.
