Understanding Intentions in the Workplace

Understanding Intentions in the Workplace

In our work, we must be clear about our intentions and learn how to recognize the true intentions of others. Even though we mean well, sometimes our actions are negatively perceived due to misunderstandings, which can lead to judgement and perception issues.

Through discussion and exploration, you will discover an insightful framework that can help you gain a better understanding of how to clearly identify your own intentions and those of people you interact with in the workplace. After this workshop, you will have the tools you need to collaborate more positively with both your clients and colleagues.
